About Author​

Gizem Kayar Ceylan, who is known with her pen name: Josephine GK, is a Computer Science professor based in New York and works in NYU Computer Science department. She is an active researcher in graphics&simulation systems and teaches CS to hundreds of students every year.
Starting from early ages, Dr. GK was always very interested in literature thanks to her mother who worked in a library for a long time. She started to write her first short stories in her early 20s and also finished the Ladybug Atlas series in her mid 20s but after a very active career over years, she only now shares her stories with you. Dr. GK’s children stories mainly focus on nature and space but her adult books focus more on fantasy, science fiction and sociology.
